The GP International Induction and Return to Practice Programmes
Please note that unfortuntaely the North West Primary Care School has had to suspend applications to the International Induction and Return to Practice Programmes for around 3 months from July 2024 due to team capacity. Any new applications will be added to a waiting list to be processed once we resume. Many thanks for your understanding.
Whether you have NHS experience or not, the NHS GP International Induction Programme (IIP) and Return to Practice (RtP) programmes are designed to provide a safe, supported and direct route for qualified GPs to join or return to NHS General Practice.

GP International Induction Programme

The programme provided will be tailored to meet your needs, experiences and personal commitments. Once you have registered for the appropriate scheme you will have access to your own dedicated account manager to guide you through the process. That’s not all, there’s more financial support too.
