Foundation for Positive Mental Health

The ‘Foundation for Positive Mental Health’ has a series of twelve 15 minute audio tapes which are based on work  undertaken supporting elite athletes. You listen to each one every day for a week (or as close as you can manage).

They are a mix of positive thinking, mindfulness and relaxation. They have been developed by a Scottish GP and psychologist to use for patients with anxiety and depression and they have also undertaken some work using them to support resilience in doctors.

There is information on the website at www.foundationforpositivementalhealth.com/  where you are able to download the tapes on an app called “Feeling Good – Depression, Anxiety and Stress Recovery”.
