SuppoRTT is available to those doctors who have graduated/worked in a country outside of the UK and have moved to the UK to work in the NHS.
Anyone with an NTN who has had a break in clinical practice for 3 months or more automatically meets the eligibility criteria to access SuppoRTT, but in an effort to support our international colleagues our discretionary offer includes any IMG who is starting in their first training post in the NHS, or who has started in the past 6 months.
IMGs in GP training programmes who have spent their first 6-12 months in a GP Practice and are now starting their first hospital training post will also be eligible to access SuppoRTT to help with this transition.
Please click on the relevant menu option at the top of the page to find out more about each of these.
Arrange a meeting with your Educational Supervisor and complete the pre-return form.
