The ‘Foundation for Positive Mental Health’ has a series of twelve 15 minute audio tapes which are based on work undertaken supporting elite athletes. You listen to each one every day for a week (or as close as you can manage).
They are a mix of positive thinking, mindfulness and relaxation. They have been developed by a Scottish GP and psychologist to use for patients with anxiety and depression and they have also undertaken some work using them to support resilience in doctors.
