Applying as an Individual to attend a short course or conference SAS Doctors wishing to apply for the SAS Development Fund must complete THIS FORM and return it to sasdoctors.nw@hee.nhs.uk Applicants must ensure they have fully utilised their Trust study leave budget before applying. Please ensure the application is clear and concise, printed/ typed. Retrospective applications will not be considered. All applications must be signed by the Clinical Director and SAS Lead for the Trust. Please include as much information as possible to support your application, including any course programmes.
Applications for individuals to undertake a postgraduate university qualification must complete THIS FORM For postgraduate university qualifications, information should be provided about each module, including the dates these will be undertaken. Funding can only be approved for one year at a time, and for courses extending over more than one year, a fresh application must be submitted annually
Applying as a Trust - Trusts can apply for the SAS Development Fund to run courses for their SAS Doctors by completingTHIS FORM and sending it to sasdoctors.nw@hee.nhs.uk Please ensure that as much information is included as possible to support the application, including a breakdown of costs, and a programme if available. Applicants must specify whether their course will be open to SAS Doctors across the region.
