THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF PAEDIATRICS AND CHILD HEALTH

Progressing Paediatrics: Childhood epilepsies

Friday 28th June 2019

Mercure Hotel, Portland Street, Manchester

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health are hosting a one day course on childhood epilepsies. Dr Richard Appleton, Consultant in Paediatric Neurology, will be leading the day along with an expert faculty with extensive experience and passion about paediatric epilepsies, including service development and delivery.

The epilepsies of childhood are an enigma. Their investigation and treatment have become ever more complicated and challenging; this reflects major advances in neuro-imaging and molecular genetics, choice of medication and earlier treatment with surgery and dietary manipulation.

The programme for the event can be found here.
