I am a thoroughly Northern Lass having been born in Whiston Hospital and I have never lived more than 40 miles from there. I went to Liverpool University and did my GP training in Mersey qualifying in 1998.
I am a GP working from Wigan and a product of North Western Deanery. I have been involved in Medical Education throughout my career. I started as an undergraduate supervisor and subsequently became a GP Trainer after securing the Post Graduate Diploma in Education via the PED course.
