DFT Educational Supervisors (ESs) will take part in a yearly appraisal process. As one of their mandatory sessions, ESs will be invited to to attend a development day that enables educators to understand self-appraisal, leading to a robust PDP and eCPD plan, and how to apply this knowledge to appraising others (FDs).
