Undermining and Bullying of SAS Doctors

General Information: 

These topics have been evident in the work-place for years and only the 1997 Harassment
Act brought some relief and recourse for sufferers. This programme identifies examples of
being undermined, harassed and bullied and provides strategies for dealing with them. If
you are a sufferer, have suffered or need to understand your limits, then this workshop will
help and support you.
Learning Outcomes: At the end of this programme, the delegate can:
Ø Understand the Harassment 1997 Act and its clear outlines in law
Ø Define what all three topics mean
Ø List common examples of being undermined, harassment and bullying to enable a
strategy to be implemented in their work-place
Ø Understand differences between direct and indirect harassment and bullying
Ø List some of the reasons why we rely on these strategies to inflict misery on our
fellow human beings
