The GMC last reviewed medical education and training across the North West of England in 2013-14.
They did this by visiting 6 LEPs (Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Royal Preston Hospital, North Manchester General Hospital, Manchester Royal Infirmary, Aintree University Hospital, The Walton Centre) 3 medical schools (Lancaster University, University of Manchester, University of Liverpool) and the LETB.
