General Information: 

This past year has certainly been challenging for various reasons, both professionally and personally.
This half day session has been planned with the main focus being around positive thinking and building
resilience for the coming months. We hope you enjoy this opportunity to ‘meet’ with your colleagues
and at the same time share some experiences from the past 12 months.


This Facilitation session Includes:


Positive Experiences from the last year
This session allows the opportunity to discuss positive experiences which you can recall from the past
year. It can be either from a personal or professional standpoint, something new you have learnt, a
different way of doing things, thinking about things- and how this has benefited you and may benefit
others moving forward.
The struggles over the past year
This second session will begin by acknowledging some of the difficulties faced over the past year and
resolutions.
