PLACES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED BY THE COURSE PROVIDER AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND.
The course is supported by the SAS development fund and therefore will be free of charge to SAS doctors within the HEE Northwest Region.
If you fail to attend without giving due notice, you may be charged for the course fee and will not be prioritised for any future courses we organise for SAS doctors, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, but advanced notice must be given if you can't attend.
