This one day workshop will equip delegates with confidence and skill to conduct high quality coaching conversations with doctors they supervise, in order to support progression through coaching. The day is highly participative; delegates will practice coaching techniques and receive feedback. Techniques used in coaching develop confidence and self reliance in the trainee.
