Welcome to the Resources section of the website. Here you will find a collection of documents, websites, articles, books, presentations and videos relating to Careers, Educator Development and Medical Leadership.

You can filter the resources to make it easier to find what you are looking for. At the right hand side of the page (or at the bottom of the page if using a mobile device) you will find a number of tick boxes separated into Section, Category and Type. You can tick just one box or a number of boxes depending on what you are looking for but if your selection returns no resources you may need to broaden your search or try a different combination.

Supervision of Less Than Full Time Trainees (LTFT)

HEE is committed to improving Junior Doctor’s working lives and championing flexible working more broadly. With work/life balance highlighted as a mounting concern to doctors in training, and the risk of “burnout” affecting recruitment and retention in some specialties the need for increased understanding and positive promotion of Less than Full Time Training is essential.

SuppoRTT Mentoring Guidance

It has been recognised that returning to clinical practice after a period of absence (planned or unplanned) can be challenging. HEE North West Office has therefore set up a mentoring scheme to support trainees returning after an absence of three months or more.  This guidance document is for the SuppoRTT Mentor and mentee (returning trainee) to establish their relationship.
