This interactive learning session details the key messages of The NHS Patient Safety Strategy, ‘Safer culture, safer systems, safer patients’ which was published in July 2019. It supports participants in further development of the patient safety vision within their team and organisation by building on the twin established themes of a patient safety culture and system. Participants will be guided to examine the key aims of the strategy; to gain insight, achieve involvement and sustain improvement.
