Training Locations |
The main base for the Medical Oncology training programme in the North Western Deanery is The Christie Hospital, Manchester with rotations to the Royal Preston Hospital and Royal Lancaster Hospital as well as external clinics in other locations. Sector Guide for ST3 Medical Oncology or see map |

ST3: CCT or CESR (CP) LAT (Locum Appointment for Training): A period of training in the above specialty See Gold Guide for further information |

Expected Rotation Information |
In the course of training, trainees tend to spend 6 months at both Royal Preston Hospital and Royal Lancaster Infirmary and the remainder of the time at The Christie. |
