This 4 hour webinar is based on the 4 stages of NHSEI guidance around managing doctors’ concerns. As a result of the increase in doctors being referred to the GMC each year, this course provides you or your doctors with the appropriate knowledge to identify concerns, manage the 4 stages, including relevant employment legislation and understand the importance of remediation strategies such as coaching and mentoring. Pre-course materials have been sent prior to the webinar and all participants will be expected to read these.
