This course covers:

 

1. Understand that everyone negotiates, whether they realise it or not (e.g., HCPs negotiating with patients)

2. Understand how influencing skills are an integral part of negotiations.

3. Understand the laws of influence and how to apply these.

4. Understand how to plan to negotiate effectively.

5. Understand how to deal with difficult negotiators.
