This is a one day masterclass covering all aspects of supporting trainees who have failed the AKT or CSA, particularly those that fail more than once.
During the day we will explore the common reasons why trainees fail exams including deficiencies in prior learning, calibration, preparation or exam technique. We will look at what each exam is assessing and potential interventions that could be made at each stage of learning and sitting exams.
The masterclass is particularly aimed at those trainers who are supervising trainees on extension or whose trainees have failed one or more exams. However it is suitable for all GP trainers and will be interactive, fun and educational.
