Objectives: Working as a Team is essential to the success of any organisation,and the NHS is no exception. In order to have a successful team, each individual must take responsibility for their role/position and understand the importance of these within the team. This programme aims to highlight the necessary components of a high performing team and explore how to achieve constant high performance levels
Educational objectives:
• Understand the link between the individual, team and organisation and describe each one
• Identify the 8 different strengths of each team member
• Understand the impact of coaching on performance and benefits of using a performance management system
